InnerGo Studio offers a variety of affordable services designed for people like you, who envision a better, more satisfying life, and who want to learn more about energy healing, mind-body-spirit wellness, and improve the quality of their relationships.

As a client of Innergo Studio, you join into a supportive partnership that is beneficial to both of us. I play many roles and can be a mentor, objective listener, creative-problem solver, energy healer, and cheerleader. I act as a guide and facilitator for you as you venture forth on your journey of self-discovery towards a life of satisfaction, authenticity, and joy.

My goal is to inspire you to reach for your highest potential, to enable you to discover what dreams may be hidden, to remove the blocks in your path, and to celebrate with you as you make progress towards your goals.

My own healing journey has been rocky and difficult at times, but has also allowed me to encounter many others who have served as teachers, role models, coaches, healers, and guides. I know firsthand how important it is to have individual support as you makes a deliberate shift to a more fulfilling, purposeful life.

I bring together people who want to connect with others who are also on a healing journey, and I can help you find the resources, information, and tools you need in order to make informed decisions about the many options available, so you can be prepared to take the next steps to revitalize your life.

I offer Reiki and intuitive listening sessions from my home in St. Paul, your home, or a quiet public location in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. My upstairs Reiki Room is comfortable and quiet.

How to Schedule

Email me at innergostudio@gmail.com with your name and contact information, including an email address. To accommodate your schedule, I am available for evening and weekend appointments. 

Discuss with me any adaptations or accommodations you might need for your in person or email session. I may ask you to make accommodations for my hearing loss as well.

Payment Information

These fees are designed to honor my time, wisdom, and experience. However, I invite you to contact me if you wish to request an alternative payment plan, or reduced rates. I offer at least one free session a month, so please inquire if you are interested.

Payments can be made by cash or personal check made out to InnerGo Studio at the time of appointment, or can be mailed to InnerGo Studio.

Services Available

Resource & Referral Request $30

I am a skilled researcher and can create a customized list to guide you to the many options, solutions, strategies, and tools available for you. This is a quick and easy way to get relevant, useful information. The list is delivered right to your inbox. Please allow 4 days for the information. Send an email with a a brief description of the most pressing issue, block or problem you are facing to innergostudio@gmail.com. I will provide a written reply via email that may include encouragement, ideas, useful web links, articles to read, information about how to connect to online and real-world mind-body-spirit wellness resources, information about products, services, healing modalities, and suggestions of other options you may want to investigate. Follow up support is available at no charge.

Mentoring Session - 60 Minutes $45

Join me in a free-flowing discussion about what you envision for your life and relationships. Connect to where you are at that moment, recognize your blocks and limitations, and strategize how to achieve your long-term vision for your future. I am an excellent listener, creative-problem solver, and resource locator. Together we will co-create a to-do list of options for you to pursue in the future.

Aura and Chakra Check $40                                                                              

Distance energy healing work is effective, and can be done on the non-physical level for anyone anywhere in the world. I use Reiki and my intuition to assess the condition of your aura (your energetic body,) and your seven main chakras, (energy points). Please send me an email with your first and last name, your location, and a recent facial photo where your eyes are visible. I may ask additional questions to clarify what you wish to release. You will receive an email indicating when the distance energy session was completed.

Aura & Chakra Check Written Report $60

After the distance healing session (described above,) a written report is emailed to you explaining the condition of your aura, chakras, and any blocks that have been removed. Sample written reports are available upon request.

Full Body Reiki Session - 60 - 90 Minutes $50

Allow yourself to relax with a personalized, hands on (or hands-off,) energetic healing session using the age-old energy healing modality called Reiki. Connecting to the Universal Life Force Energy and allowing it to flow through your body can alleviate stress, pain, and discomfort.
